Great money can be made if the proper qualified leads are coming into the center
Cons
Management does not care about the employees and constantly threatens " you are replaceable, there are hundreds of people that would want your job" Sales leads are not distributed properly amongst centers in the same district. Required to work on days off and vacations have been denied after approvals because the management needs the time off instead
