      Pros

      This company offers great perks, from free annual treatments to contests like free trips, gift cards and cash! There is a genuine concern for each employee and the HR team is great at answering questions and helping the employee. The company believes they will offer the most innovative services out there and they stand behind them 100 %.

      Cons

      The insurance for family is somewhat expensive but I'm glad to have it. Also, the company does not match 401k. Both of these have come up and I know the company is working to address both issues.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
