      Pros

      I love the people I work with, from the providers all the way to my Regional Director. Our services are top notch and I enjoy meeting with all of my consults and our existing clients.

      I wish that we had a base salary, plus commission.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
