      Pros

      Ideal Image really cares about their employees, as well as their Guests. They are constantly improving the employee benefits. It is a fun and exciting place to work and it is very gratifying that I get to assist Guest in looking and feeling their best!

      No 401(k) match, but they are working on it

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
