      Pros

      The rate of pay is good , but not worth it for what you have to put up with. It's an awful place with not much pros.

      Cons

      Awful place to work! The manager nor owners care about anyone. You are just a number. The hr is a joke!

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
