      Remote work, Incredible team members, and supervisor.

      Cons

      In my 6 years with Ideal Image, we had at least 5 CEOs, and multiple mass layoffs. Constant changes left everyone unsure of our standing with the company.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
