      Taking advantage of the services offered.

      Cons

      Long hours, no breaks, working weekends. This company definitely does not appreciate its employees. Used to get bonuses but that has been eliminated. Worst place I have ever worked. Would not advise working here. High turnover.

      Pros

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
