Great financial position which leads to more conversations about what we can invest in to grow vs. cut. Get to work with some great brands and customers (NASA, Pfizer, NASCAR, etc .). Work is fun but challenging with lots of support from colleagues. Everyone is generally happy and not a lot of complaining. Everyone is positive about the opportunity here and is here to make an impact!

You have to be willing to take control of your work and ask for what you need. Company is in growth mode so work can be demanding. Still a maturing market with success sometimes unclear which can be frustrating.
