Fun industry, some smart people whoa are passionate about the company

Customer success is set up to fail. Model is not scalable. Can’t hire more people. Sales and marketing sold to customers who were not good fits and customer success is left to manage the fall out.

The company culture and values are great, the work environment is light and good, and the people I work with are amazing. There's no micromanagement and employees in general have the freedom to try new things.

Being a small engineering team the amount of work sometimes gets overwhelming.
