Great Company - Project Manager IdeaPros Employee Review

The boss was truly awesome.

Not sure what to list.

I want to start by saying nothing I write in this is to discriminate or tarnish someones person. I understand we do things in life that start with the best intentions but sometimes we get lost. I was given an opportunity to change my life by helping others obtain their goal of starting a business. Fred Cary took me under his wing, he taught me more than I would ever learn in college. I spent 6 years at this business , this man entrusted me to give me a key to his mansion and start working at 3:00am. To have that belief and trust in you is a great feeling and I truly appreciate that. When I started the goals I witnessed were truly trying to help people obtain their dream of being a business owner. we were out to help people.

Here we go, not so much a con to start out but, when I applied for this job I had no vehicle, I would take the bus and trolley 4 hours each way to get to work and be the best me without showing what I went through. (they will now know who wrote this review.) but that's okay .....after about 3 years, I went from seeing this company that was out to help people change into how can we get the next deal, I was called into the office for my performance for not closing deals or spending too much time on people that I felt had what it took to be the next business owner, people you would want to work with , be family with , people that deserved it! but no it was about the $ after a while and I was raised by my Japanese family with such good morals, money will never change that. I went from having a family that helped grow others lives to a group of people that were out for profit, and also trying to be gary v . with social media instead of helping the companies out we were helping build. we wouldnt be able to talk to our manufacturers without the owner so projects stalled and we would be stuck , I cant lie to ppl, so thats where this was a moral issue for me. We as humans are all in this together, we help build , not take away to help ourselves grow.
