Pros

if this is your first job, good luck and don't stop applying

Cons

I am quite embarrassed that I worked at a place like this. the two people who runs this place are delusional and they do not support you or your career what so ever.

Pros

Some interesting projects from time to time.. thats really it.

Cons

They really did not care about their employees - the ones literally doing all the work keeping the company going. We were a very small team at the time but we were expected to work like we were a team of 20. Multiple projects given at once and we were expected to take on other responsibilities outside of our job titles, being told that itll "help with career development". We had no real manager so there were times when we had to be PMs of our own on top of the insane workload. I was once penalized for not being able to present to a client after work hours when I had personal priorities of my own. The pay was terribly low given the amount of responsibilitiy and work we were doing and we barely had benefits. There was also no team like structure, if you asked for feedback you were told to figure things out as that was part of being a designer. They did not hesitate going above and beyond for clients and prioritizing them over the wellbeing of their designers. I had to leave after a year because the job was not worth my own mental health plummeting.

"We appreciate feedback, but we want to clarify certain inaccuracies in this review. Workload & Responsibilities: As a growing company, we provide employees with opportunities to expand their skills, but no one is forced to take on responsibilities beyond their role without proper support. Work assignments are based on expertise, and team members are encouraged to collaborate when needed. Management & Team Structure: Employees have direct access to leadership for guidance and support. While autonomy is encouraged, mentorship and structured processes are in place to ensure employees are not left without direction. Work-Life Balance: We respect personal time and do not penalize employees for setting boundaries. Client interactions are scheduled with flexibility, and after-hours commitments are never mandatory. Our goal is to maintain a healthy balance for all employees. Compensation & Benefits: Salaries and benefits are structured to remain competitive within the industry and are regularly reviewed to ensure fairness. We are committed to providing a rewarding environment where employees feel valued. Employee Well-Being: The well-being of our team is a priority. We maintain an open-door policy to address concerns, encourage transparent communication, and actively work toward continuous improvements. Client Prioritization: Delivering quality work to clients is essential, but never at the expense of our employees' well-being. We strive to ensure a balanced approach that benefits both our clients and our team. We remain committed to fostering a positive and supportive workplace. Employees are encouraged to share feedback internally so we can address concerns directly and work towards meaningful improvements."
