Great company - Graduate Civil Engineer Idea Group Employee Review

Small, nimble company that trains every employee to excel in UG NX and Catia. Great at bridging the gap between school CAD teaching and actual workplace experience. Close to an even mentor to entry level employee ratio. Had a flexible work schedule and an hourly rate.

The only cons are that of a small company. If work-life balance, finishing school while working, and gaining experience are your goals, this won't be an issue.

I started in December of 2013 and was given an opportunity to get into the field. I worked hard to prove myself, and they gave me goals to hit every three months. They stood by their commitment with me as far as pay, learning, and solid experience. I ended up getting a friend a job about a year later and all worked out well for him as well. Fantastic company and great ownership/management.

Truly do not have a bad thing to say about the company or the employees.
