Its really a great place for work if you like to work in an informal environment,There is no hierarchy(people say so).Flexible timings.
Cons
You will have no clue of the company's future .Where it is heading.Its all a dark room.They seem to have a vision only in their website manifesto.they will start a product and stop it abruptly.You will work on it for 10 months finally thats all gone.They are not clear of what they are going to do.You can get fired in one day.No notice is given.I am an ex employee the only reason they give is performance is not good.Actual reason is high politics.You are not supposed to talk much with opposite gender.Its a highly conservative company.Salaries and appraisals are not transparent.Depends on your ability to flatter people.
