Good work environment..You can learn a lot.Freshers can learn a lot work in diverse platforms.no dress code.You can approach the management, but there wont be any change.
Cons
No coding standards, No proper testing. You can easily get a job here if you are willing to work day and night with less salary.People will low caliber - a good platform.Result is bad quality software.Good for contract employees.The company has no vision, which makes working here insecure.
