      Pros

      Staff support, both at the office and in the field, for their contractors is excellent. Upper management appears approachable, if perhaps stubborn. Working on IE contracts means you have access to IE resources, unlike some firms that treat you as a disposable body or a dray animal for a laptop.

      Cons

      Office locations are typically ill-furnished and uncomfortable, and staff appear hard-pressed to keep contractors working.

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule on Tuesday and Thursday. Flexibility on hours (sort-of)

      Cons

      - Years without a raise, despite consistently requesting performance reviews and meeting expectations. - Over time, the entire U.S. team was laid off or moved elsewhere, and replaced with developers in India. - Complete shift to offshore resources created major gaps in collaboration, time zones, and workload distribution. - Career growth and advancement felt nonexistent. - Lack of transparency around decisions that directly affected the team. - Entire San Antonio office was let go.
