      kind residents and good activity director

      Cons

      Management pays the rest of staff so badly most of workers are receiving some type of government benefits to survive. They dont care about workers or residents, never saw the money get put towards facilities or recruiting better workers. It was a constantly revolving door because the bad pay and the staff and residents suffered for it

      Pros

      There are no pros for a company that does not investigate situations and does not look deep into a facility that had a good reputation in a small town for years and has a declining census and the population of that town no longer patronizes or recommends it to others

      Cons

      deceitful, understaffed and seems to be a company that tells you what you want to hear but does not stand by there word. Allows administration to tell someone who volunteers 3 times a week for over ten years and does a great job that they are no longer needed. NOT A GOOD MOVE IN A SMALL TOWN
