      Pros

      It was definitely a learning experience that Idaptive got spun out of Centrify and shared the same building. It definitely is a a good product but I thought it was strange that they divided their holistic platform into two separate companies. I'm still pulling for them to do well as a company, but it will take a long while for this company to get up and running even though they have a decent product that has been around for years.

      Cons

      It seems like there isn't much vision passed down along from management. If you are lower on the totem pole, you just come in and do your job it seems like. Everything seems kept in the dark and the turnover rate started to increase very quickly after the split.

      Pros

      - Some of the smartest people you'd come across in the security space - Huge total addressable market of cloud identity and access management, with significant opportunity in adjacent markets - Fantastic product, ranked by analyst firms like Gartner and Forrester as the best in the market - Backed by Thoma Bravo, the largest PE firm in the security space, who is willing to invest and grow Idaptive - Over 2000 customers already and a business that is seeing hyper growth

      Cons

      - Going through going pains, and need better processes across the board to manage the growth - Need to invest in growing the brand, now that Idaptive has spun out of Centrify as an independant company - Need to retain key people
