      Remote work is encouraged. Lots of freedom to shape your work. Decent financial incentives. Good vacation practices. Doing good work for society. Very fast growth and excellent job security.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Dated project models. Wants automous dev teams, but they're not. Some risk of getting projects dumped in your lap.
