Long hours, little rest, little pay, solving a problem/issue may not be resolved.

There is a wonderful, Christ-filled environment that welcomes people from all backgrounds. The people, food, services, and community are all absolutely amazing and I can't imagine wanting to spend my summers anywhere else. This job is not easy, but working here has been the best experience of my life.

Women are often dress coded for things that are not inappropriate; there is a gray area that has not been defined clearly.
