Nobody, starting with the CEO and permeating throughout the organization, hesitates to roll up their sleeves, get in the weeds and help solve problems. Everybody is welcome to and even expected to contribute thoughts and ideas to help the company grow and excel. In the name of efficiency the company is erring on the side of running a bit too lean, and maintaining a healthy level of resourcing has been elusive.
