Lots of technologies to get your hands on. A lot of the work is directly helping local non-profits with GOOD technology, which feels great. Culture is pretty cool, which is to say that everyone gets along and is fun enough to be around. Company leverages Teams to the max, which means you can instantly collaborate and tag-team on issues with either members of your team, other teams, other branches, and even over in New Zealand. Need an answer? You can get it, just ask. PST team has standards set in such a way that work life balance can be achieved and pliable, if necessary. I don't think I'll find this kind of flexibility anywhere else.
Cons
Company has grown quite a bit, which means slightly more silo'ing It's easy to bite off more than you can chew, which really just means "This is an MSP"
