Pros
- Smart, really nice colleagues. - An established interactive shop. - Not sure of the current client portfolio, but at the time there was a nice mix including arts and non-profits. - The Puck Building and environs! Though the actual office space is poky and quirky.
Cons
- New management is in now, but at the time it was run too much as a mom and pop shop - Correspondingly, some longstanding employees were allowed to get away with unprofessional behavior (in terms of odd working hours and lack of commitment to deliverables) that would never be acceptable anywhere else - Some odd investment areas (RFID anyone?) - As anyone who's ever worked there can tell you -- the bathrooms.
