      They do pretty good discounts Pay is alright for what you are doing

      Cons

      Management are awful Severely lacking in care for its staff Colleagues will happily throw you under the bus You’re constantly being nit picked on something wrong but success is never celebrated Bonus schemes are completely unreachable and confusing like get the most reviews but make sure it doesn’t look like you’re asking for them so make sure you don’t get loads?

      During the week only 7 hours a day. Good pay.

      Pros

      This is a refreshing and enjoyable place to work. They really care for and value their staff. Excellent support is readily available throughtout. The Lincoln team are all friendly and proffesional. The bussiness is progressing in every aspect. The job could never be bland as there are many exciting projects to get envolved with. The building is unique and beautifully presented, one can feel pride in the product you are delivering.

      Cons

      There are a couple of long shifts, sometimes weekends and evenings.
