Pros

Reputable solar company that actually focuses on quality of work, makes sure both customers and employees are taken care of. Commission structure much more fair than 99% of the industry (No hidden adders that significantly lower expected commissions, setters get the pay they deserve), and you don't have to worry about not getting paid. Healthy competitive culture within sales teams. Opportunity for upward mobility.

Cons

100% commission-based sales model so you have to be hungry and learn the ropes quickly. The commission structure is much more fair than 99% of the industry and you No benefits.
