No matter your job level, everyone's ideas are considered important. I gained a great deal of knowledge and experience about data analysis, overall business functioning, and orthopedic healthcare. My coworkers were always happy to answer questions and help me learn new skills. Icon allows for a very flexible work schedule and a great work/life balance.
