The employees at Icon Health fiercely believe in the mission of the company. My coworkers were always friendly, hardworking, supportive, and collaborative. No matter your job level, everyone's ideas are considered important. I gained a great deal of knowledge and experience about data analysis, overall business functioning, and orthopedic healthcare. My coworkers were always happy to answer questions and help me learn new skills. Icon allows for a very flexible work schedule and a great work/life balance.

Since Icon is a start up, there is not much structure or precedent for onboarding, processes, or weekly meetings. That also means that employees have a greater say over how the company progresses.
