Micromanagement at its best! Plus, the company has clearly a problem of Misandry ( prejudice and hate against men). This is reflected by the hiring practices and the gender ratio in leading roles. Salary is a joke. Work-life balance is a joke. Churn rate is extremely high, people come and go so often. People jump on and off projects all the time. They make it seems "cool" to work here in the interviewing process. BUT it is nothing more than a small company run by two huge egos. They are two micromanagers who have a talent for yelling at people and terrorize them psychologically.
