Pros

Some seriously smart people work there. Mainly a .net house. A big focus is user experience and that is a real flavor at the moment. There is a pretty flat management structure which is good cause you can have your say though mightn't be for everyone as you have to be pretty self disciplined. There is plenty of help if you need but you have to put your hand up before help arrives. Good lunch room vibe, but not very social after hours.

Cons

Suffers a bit from little Brother syndrome from parent company. Virtually no training unless you really push for and can justify. Had a really bad run of Account Managers for the last few years. Seems to be one solid guy been there for ever and then there has been a rotating door of triers punching. To be fair they should never had been employed in the first place a they were out of their depth day one. Could use a few more women on staff. A lot of CMS's to support and know, to many.

Pros

Very supportive team which has a small company style with the benefits of a larger parent company. Good, respectfully honest pay and ability to somewhat move into various directions with pretty flexible hours.

Cons

Despite having pretty flexible hours they're behind the curve when it comes to remotely working and seems to hinge on the fact that spontanious water cooler conversations are more beneficial than a remote but uninterrupted work day.
