Pros

The people were great. Cool location in Milwaukee's Third Ward. Work life balance is flexible Lots of catered parties. If you like getting yelled at by customers for selling them illegal software, this place is great!

Cons

The owner, Anthony Boldin (google him), doesn't seem to learn his lesson. He already went to jail once for selling illegal software and now he's back at it again. He sells "black market" software keys to his customers and expects everyone else to lie and say that they're legit. They're not. He forced half the company to quit after he let go of all the leadership within the company. The company has no direction and will most likely be shut down in a few months.

Pros

AB, was awesome to work for and he helped everyone in a time of need and I mean everyone. The reality of startup companies is that they aren’t for everyone, and on person’s cons may be another person’s pros. But evaluating what you want out of a company and where you see your future, you can determine the right fit for you. Startups may fail, but there’s always the chance it will be a success, and even if it isn’t, you will undoubtedly walk away with a unique experience to help you find your next job. Every startup is different, but the common themes tend to be weird hours, small teams, ranging benefits, and a group of passionate individuals with one goal. I moved to Atlanta but I still miss IceFrog.

Cons

Parking, Traffic, Cold, Snow, Food Choices
