Pros

Access to some of the greatest marketing and communication tools. It is a laid back but fast paced start-up environment. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Plus there are plenty of snacks, energy drinks and sodas.

Cons

Since it is located on the Frontage Road, there can be traffic at times. However if you live or work in Austin you know how bad the traffic can be sometimes.

Pros

Young & rapidly-growing company, fun work environment, great management that empowers and motivates you to try your best. Extraordinary benefits with good pay, and hard work is definitely rewarded. Lean team that feels like your family away from home. Because of the industry that we work in, our customers are awesome to work with.

Cons

Some aren't as invested as others, which can be demoralizing at times. But those are the ones who are out the door as fast as they came in.

Pros

Free red bull....Great insurance, and if you like to work in a room of awkward silence this is the place for you!

Cons

Awkward communication and work dynamic. The CEO decides to pick up and move as he pleases (across the country) and lets dedicated employees go to accommodate his new move. However, he tells employees in the old city they have nothing to worry about so they won't quit in times of need.... but fires them all in a few months anyways. The people running this company are con-artist and liars. They will say and do anything to try to make a few extra dollars. They do not appreciate needed family time and will pressure you into not taking ANY time off...including lunch breaks. Don't even think about getting promoted, they will instead hire someone who obviously lied on their resume and pay them twice as much as you.
