      Remote working, interesting projects, opportunity to learn a lot both by-doing and by-studying both in everyday work and attending sponsored MooCs, fringe benefits, health care insurance, opportunity for career growth quite good relatively to Italian peers.

      Cons

      Sometimes longer hours than scheduled, italian salary (i.e. much lower than salaries from northern-european comparables).
