      Pros

      IWSR is growing fast, adding services and opportunities, whilst remaining both open and considerate of all employees' situations and ambitions. I've worked for a few companies in this research/consulting space in the last 30 years or so and the IWSR is the best of them because it goes about things in the right way - to guarantee quality of product and workplace enjoyment and flexibility.

      Pros

      Most of the staff and great people. The company is mostly accommodating to personal life balances. Lots of flexibility and a fun industry to be in.

      Cons

      A 50 year company still run in start up mode with lots of challenges that make efficient and accurate work challenging. Research teams are misled on salary, raise, and bonus expectations. Little room for growth, career training or personal development
