IWCO Direct is committed to providing all employees with a positive work environment where they can ask questions, raise concerns, and suggest improvements. We encourage employees to speak with their immediate manager or a member of the human resources team so that we can work to quickly correct concerns regarding work environment, conduct of co-workers or management, training opportunities, or any other work-related issue. We also strive to offer employees a comprehensive and competitive benefits program that addresses the needs of eligible employees and their dependents and welcome feedback so we can continue to improve our well-balanced options.
We are addressing ways to improve our work environment and already have plans set for facility upgrades in 2018. Training has also improved with our Business Process Management, which is showing great results in streamlining processes, enabling learning, and solidifying strong practices on a project-by-project basis. We will continue to look for new ways to meet the health needs of all employees, including the young women who work with us, and search for ways to cultivate a culture of inclusion and respect.
