      "Never settle" environment where innovation and change is the norm. Everyone constantly questioning how we can do even better for our customers and ourselves. Incredibly dynamic team. Ability to receive real time feedback from customers and seeing the direct impact of your work. Recent organization into focused teams and constant communication. Access to learning and fun focused events. High degree of flexibility when it comes to vacations and remote work.

      Cons

      Hard work and not for the faint of heart. A lot of constant change even if it's generally in the right direction.
