Group of corrupted people around the top management has made them store blind. During this blindness, the so called well wishers have ruined the organisation. I feel pity that, they have spoiled every available opportunity. Highly paid top management staff, low paid mid management staff. HR is rubbish. They even don't know the fundamentals of HR. Execution is pathetic. strategy was in the hands of wrong people.
