From B quality to no quality - Lecturer IUKL Employee Review

Though English suppose to be the medium of instructions, many lecturers are not using it properly. They mix it up with BM. Some lecturers refuse to talk in English even informal meetings. Students numbers drop tremendously in the last few years. Many Lecturers have left the place. To a certain level, it's a more mono-race type of recruitment they are doing.
