The atmosphere and overall attitude of employees at this company is terrific. Projects are usually interesting and the tech-stack is up to date. Most of the colleagues here are driven and knowledgeable and are pleasant to work with.

Wages are quite a bit lower than the average in this area. The involvement of the management and leadership are lackluster. Micro-management leaves a lot to be desired. People come and go regularly.

They are flexible at not-pandemic-times in regards of the projects, they always took my goals and preferences into consideration when it came to assign me to a new project.

I think they've reacted to the pandemic poorly, the half of the employees have left them, lots by their own decision, and some because the company couldn't provide them anything to work on. Unfortunately they seem not to be a growing company or a place where it is safe to get a job nowadays.
