Pros
Small company where you can get to know everyone well and get the support directly from colleagues from any department.
Cons
Too small to have real responsibility, even in C suite as the founder won't let you. They don't offer fair amount of commission which might make you feel they don't appreciate your hard work, but expect a lot. Unfortunately the HR is a disaster.
