Very solid management with down-to-earth policies and a good company economy. Very high focus on consultants / developers best interest and our further education. Many good social arrangements. Quite good freedom of own work day / hours and huge possibilities of taking initiative.

Being a consultant company, much of our colleagues are spread around at different customers instead of being co-located. Salaries are good but may depend on your ability to negotiate (they vary much more than actual skills of the consultants).
