Value oriented company culture, supportive colleagues, friendly staff and a visionary GM. The company had developed a strong market presence for Gartner within 2 years and accomplished great results in the region.
Cons
He is always busy. The company is not (yet) financially strong but it is developing. He should manage through the next 1-2 year successfully to stabilise its market position and financial background.
