I've been working with Infotech.Works for a couple of years now. My experience working here has been highly rewarding and growth oriented. The supportive leaders, mentors and team-mates, that I've had the chance to work with, have made my journey here, a truly enriching one. Each one is provided a positive and collaborative work culture where we are encouraged to share ideas and take initiative.

No cons come to mind

There is no pros about them

This company is more focused on showoff than actual employee welfare or professional work culture. Whenever a client visits, suddenly everything becomes about acting perfect and pretending the company is some world-class organization. Management tries so hard to look like “twinkle stars of the universe” in front of clients while ignoring the real problems employees face daily. Behind the fake image, the reality is completely different — employees work under constant pressure, salaries are below market standards, and there is very little respect for employees’ opinions or mental peace. The company cares more about maintaining appearances than fixing toxic management issues, poor communication, and unhealthy work culture. Instead of investing energy in employee growth and satisfaction, most effort goes into impressing outsiders and protecting egos.
