Also ITW owns more than 16,000 granted and pending patents,ranking top 200 global fortune manufacture , operations in 57 countries that employ more than 48,000.

      Pros

      Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

      Cons

      The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
