Pros
Corporate strategy is clear. The guardrails are set / clear as well. The how you do it is up to each business units discretion. Divisional leadership gets to run the business and push ownership and accountability down to all levels. 85 business units means lots of room for advancement / learning opportunities. Not hierarchical, no ivory tower, no politics...really lives diversity and inclusion compared to any other company I worked at.
Cons
Sometimes the business units run super lean with resources and sales / marketing spend
