ITW is an excellent company that gives you with the opportunity to really put your own mark on things. Supports initiatives and encourages development. Allows you to create your own vision and provides support and guidance along the way. Its culture and values are second to none!
Cons
We should promote/advertise ITW more. We are lot bigger and more diverse than what most people think. That statement is true for current employees as well as those outside the organisation.
