Pros
Overall ITW is a really good company. The best thing about them is how well they treat their employees. They are also well managed and extremely stable by diversifying themselves in many different manufacturing markets.
Cons
At times the decision making can be a little slow. This is expected from a large organization but sometimes even the small stuff could become tedious.
