      Pros

      I enjoy the variety in my job as well as the people I work with. The company is growing and the project options are endless. My supervisor as well as the owning family are very understanding of flexibility and family/work balance and they are generous in their praise and recognition of a job well done. Steady company with a clear plan and an even brighter future.

      Cons

      Vacation policy could be more competitive.

      Thank you for your review and feedback. We believe in putting people first (both employees and customers) and are glad you feel that while working here. We've also just improved our Vacation and Time Off Policy (effective Jan. 01, 2016) to ensure we can attract and retain more great talent!

      Pros

      The people here are amazing; everyone is so kind and understanding, which is helping me grow as a graphic designer and an employee in general. I am also learning a lot of things about different marketing processes and such, and it has been a very smooth process; I feel like I'm making an impact.

      Cons

      Some of the programs/processes used for marketing are a little outdated, but we are working to update and improve them, so this won't be a con for long!
