Pros
Work is challenging, and very interesting. The potential growth is very huge with a possible market of 500,000 GPS Receivers.
Cons
The pay is too low and most employees are incompetent in GPS design. The senior management is not technically competent and ignore suggestions for improvement. The best advice is don't work there.
