Immediate co-workers were great a lot of very intelligent, experienced people Varied job responsibilities made the work more interesting
Cons
A fair amount of dysfunction/poor communication and blame/responsibility shifting between departments Upper management attempting to artificially change the culture Several rounds of layoffs and "retirements" have left too few people to do the work required
