Pros

The only good thing about this company is that its a steady paycheck and there's always work.

Cons

I worked there 6 years and never got a pay increase, even though I had recorded data of meeting the company's expectations they never showed any appreciation to my effort. The employee moral is very low, everyone is always working under intimidation by the managers. Employees are given false promises, and are overtasked on duties. The goals set by management to employees are unrealistic, people work extremely hard and leave the place feeling like they performed very poorly, a sense of defeat and you are not good enough is the workplace atmosphere. Employees are afraid to say anything because of retaliation and the fact that the economy is in bad shape makes people tolerate the companys abusive behavior.Honestly I would not recommend this place to anybody, you will be investing good time after bad, dont do the same mistake I did and tolerate their abusive behavior, we are all human beings and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and appreciation for their hard work ITT never showed this to me or any of my co-workers, they can't pay me enough to ever work there again, I am so happy I left that place while I still had my sanity.Dont work there, not a good place.
