Pros
ITSource was a great company to work for and I'd certainly continue to recommend them to my friends and family! I came from a sales background and had never recruited before but I ended up recruiting with ITSource for 3 years. I was very happy there and left because I relocated to another state for my partner's business. It's an extremely ethical company, which can be rare in the recruiting industry, and you couldn't ask for a brighter and harder-working group of people. I have a lot of gratitude to this company for working with me, cutting me slack, and giving me flexibility when I was going through some rough times in my personal life -- you won't find that in very many places. For someone more seasoned in their career, there is a lot of room to take charge and grow your own role within the company. The company definitely believes in building strong relationships within their own team as well as with clients and candidates and they always strive to go the extra mile. They genuinely care about candidates and their needs and not just the interest of the company. ITSource always pays on time and offers good benefits, as well. For a candidate, I'd be very surprised if you could find a better situation elsewhere. As a recruiter, I was very happy here.
Cons
ITSource is a smaller company, so for internal staff there isn't a ton of structure when it comes to initial training, setting expectations, or defining paths for growth, but these things are also a work in progress and can give someone coming in the opportunity to create more of that within the company.
